Independent Appraiser (2003-present) Appraised commercial, ranch, vineyard and residential real estate for mortgage lending, estates, IRS, litigation support, acquisition/disposition, conservation and internal asset management purposes.

Senior Appraiser, Arthur Gimmy International (1985 - 2003) Appraised various types of income-producing properties, including hotels, golf courses, recreational clubs, spas, medical and commercial offices, shopping centers, warehouses, industrial plants, auto dealerships, movie theaters, business parks and apartments. Other assignments include expert witness testimony, market and financial feasibility studies, property tax appeals, business valuations, park land acquisition, subdivision analyses, airport rental valuation, pension fund portfolios and limited partnership properties. Appraisal and consulting experience throughout California and in Arizona, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., and Costa Rica.

Economics Consultant, Angus MacDonald & Associates, Analyzed financing of public infrastructure improvements, devised economic development strategies, prepared economic base and demographics studies, and assessed feasibility of large-scale development projects for local governments in California (1984-1985).

Environmental Consultant, Environmental Science Associates - Assisted in the preparation of over 40 Environmental Impact Reports in six Bay Area counties. Responsibilities included managing project teams and analyzing land use compatibility, labor markets, fiscal impacts and zoning conformance. Also prepared market feasibility assessments of proposed high-rise office and industrial park developments (1981-1984).
